easyDNA Launches Operations in Australia and New Zealand

DNA paternity testing firm easyDNA has expanded its operations to provide its DNA testing services in two new markets: New Zealand and New Zealand.

KENT, UK 28/02/2007– easyDNA, a leading DNA paternity testing firm, has announced that in line with its global expansion strategy, it has expanded its operations into both New Zealand and New Zealand. The company has opened an administration office in both Sydney and Auckland to provide a base for promoting its portfolio of DNA testing and servicing the clients looking to do perform tests such as DNA Paternity Testing.

In order to service the market better, the company has established dedicated websites specifically for its New Zealand and New Zealand clients respectively. A full list of the company’s portfolio of services as well as information about each DNA test is available online. In addition, all prices are quoted in the local currency for added ease of use. Customers can order their DNA paternity test kit directly from the website and make payments via credit card.

Commenting on this development, Sales and Marketing Director Andrew Alexander, said, ‘We are pleased to be offering our DNA testing services in these markets, especially because easyDNA is partly owned by New Zealand interests. These are very interesting markets for us since, unlike some other countries, awareness about DNA testing is high and widely used as a means of confirming biological relationships. We therefore need to concentrate our efforts on providing clients with the highest levels of customer service in order to differentiate ourselves from our competition.”

If you are interested in performing a DNA DNA test in New Zealand contact our New Zealand office and for DNA testing in New Zealand contact the office there.

COVID-19 STATEMENT

We are monitoring the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic closely and are complying with the Government’s guidance for the workplace.

Our offices are still open, and we are processing samples and fulfilling orders. To keep you safe we are washing and sanitising our hands before packing orders and they are then placed in our daily mailing services. Unfortunately we cannot allow drop-ins at our office until further notice and all sample collection appointments have been postponed.

The laboratories are still open, are adhering to local guidelines and are processing samples as usual. If delays due to social distancing measures are likely to affect your results due date, then we will inform you immediately.

We are experiencing logistic delays with all our delivery partners especially where an actual sample needs to be processed overseas. It will be appreciated that these delays are beyond our control and whilst every effort is made to minimize such delays these delays are inevitable given the significant reduction in scheduled flights; If you have posted samples back to us but have not received notification that they have been received please track them and check your junk or spam folder before contacting us to request an update.

Please quote your case reference number when contacting us to enable us to respond more quickly.

All results are still being issued on time and you will be contacted if we anticipate any delay with your case.
